Our Story
A+ Racing was founded by Al Angulo around a simple idea — make real motorsports more accessible, and teach the next generation of racers and technicians along the way. As a former Ford Master Technician, automotive educator, and lifelong Spec Miata racer, Al built a team that prepares race cars the right way and helps drivers of every level get on track with confidence.
What started as one racer's passion became a West Coast operation built on experience, mentorship, and an obsession with doing the work properly.
